• Production or service chains to have more comprehensive offers of products and services and promote marketing markets.

• Foreign investment in Cuba in the form of Joint Venture or another applicable to the Project “Remodeling and expansion of the HISPLACEN Production Plant”.
• Joint Venture abroad to research, develop, produce and market derivatives of the human placenta.
