BUSINESS MODALITIES
The Placental Histotherapy Center “Dr. Carlos Manuel Miyares Cao” (HISPLACEN) offers its potential clients the following business models:
- Direct Agency Contract with HISPLACEN or through the Empresa Comercializadora Servicios Médicos Cubanos S.A. – SCM.
- Co-development contract for HISPLACEN products.
- Marketing of Cosmetic Amniotherapy products.
- Marketing of human placental extracts for the formulation, filling and packaging of the finished product in the marketing territories.
- Production or service chains to have more comprehensive offers of products and services and promote marketing markets.
• Foreign investment in Cuba in the form of Joint Venture or another applicable to the Project “Remodeling and expansion of the HISPLACEN Production Plant”.
• Joint Venture abroad to research, develop, produce and market derivatives of the human placenta.
